A sound transcribed as [w̼] exists in disordered speech,[1] but it's not clear if it's a voiced linguolabial approximant [ɹ̼], voiced velarized linguolabial approximant [ꭨ̼], etc. [n̼̊ t̼͡θ̼ d̼͡ð̼ ɬ̼ ɮ̼] are not confirmed to be attested, but they are on the extIPA chart. The sounds [t̼̾ t̼̾’ d̼̃][2] and [l̼̃][3] exist in disordered speech.
